Photo Contest Rules & Conditions

1. The Notti Paws Photo Contest (Contest) is open to dog owners living in Singapore. Only small, medium or toy breeds are eligible to enter.

2. Entries must be sent via email. Please make sure each image is at least 640 x 480 pixels.

3. The Contest begins upon posting of the Contest blog entry and ends within at the stipulated time in the Contest blog entry. All registration attempts made outside the Contest period are void.

4. By entering this Contest, you consent to the use of your pet's name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information and statements attributed to the winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5. You represent and warrant to Notti Paws that (i) you are the sole and exclusive owner of your Submission, or that you have all right and authority to grant the rights in the submission to Notti Paws described herein.

6. The information submitted by you during the registration process includes your name and email address and will be used for the purposes of administrating your participation in the Contest and Notti Paws email advertising.

7. Contest winners will be determined by the Notti Paws judging panel. There is only one winner each time, to be awarded the prize(s) described in the Contest post. The winner agrees to accept the prize(s) as is.
